A twist on the popular chocolate and mint classic cocktail, the Grasshopper. It uses kokuto and soy sauce, which are also used to make maracao, a steamed bread famous in Malaysia and China. Grated pistachios on the top, and you have an interresting dessert cocktail with a low alcohol content.
King of Bolivia
The martini is the king of cocktails. We have made the Bolivian spirit, Singani, which is lavishly infused with muscat, the star of this cocktail instead of the gin. It is mixed with home-made juice made from Bolivian cacao, acerola, and corn. As the ice melts, the floral and honeyed aroma slowly unfolds. Yuzu peel is added for extra depth.
