We have made the Bolivian spirit, Singani, which is lavishly infused with muscat, the star of this cocktail instead of the gin.
It is mixed with home-made juice made from Bolivian cacao, acerola, and corn.
As the ice melts, the floral and honeyed aroma slowly unfolds. Yuzu peel is added for extra depth.
